Display Function Parameter Tips

Hello, is there any way to display a function's parameters (if available) in SciTE's status bar when the text cursor is on a function ()?

I would like to see something like this:

or is there at least a shortcut that would display a tooltip or popup showing the available parameters (something similar to this:)?
