ravaged1
I want this script to run for multi users and XP to win7 But when I use a wildcard * it will not work. Probably because I have to tell it what it is. I need someway to find out what this random directory is named and create a variable or something. Can some one please help me out here? $file = FileOpen(@AppDataDir & "\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*.default\User.js", 2)

Spiff59
You'll have to figure out what you want to do if you get more than 1 folder returned... #Include <File.au3> #Include <Array.au3> $FilePath = @AppDataDir & "\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\" $FileList=_FileListToArray($FilePath, "*.default", 2) If @Error Then MsgBox (0,"","No Folders Found.") Else If $FileList[0] > 1 Then MsgBox (0,"","More than one folder found. What now?") Else $file = FileOpen($FilePath & $FileList[1] & "\User.js", 2) EndIf EndIf
