farhan86a
Hi all, I am a newbie in AutoIT but I believe this is probably the only thing that can help me automate a task with a simple GUI. I want some body (an expert) to please guide me in person, if any body can? Thanks -F
Moderators Melba23 Posted September 28, 2011 Moderators Share Posted September 28, 2011 farhan86a,First, welcome to the AutoIt forums. Reading the Help file (at least the first few sections - Using AutoIt, Tutorials and the first couple of References) will help you enormously. You should also look at the excellent tutorials that you will find here and here - you will find other tutorials in the Wiki (the link is at the top of the page). There are even video tutorials on YouTube if you prefer watching to reading. I know you want to start coding NOW, but a little study will save you a lot of trouble later on, believe me. You know where we are if you run into diffculties. Good luck! farhan86a
M23, Thanks I didn't had this document. I am aware of the tutorials that comes along with AutoIT but this document seems more in detail and with more examples. I will surely try to rack my brain. Thanks for the support.
