However, I now need to perform basic mathematical operations on those numbers and paste them lets say on a notepad. To put it in steps, here is what I intend to achieve: To Copy a number from Excel (it can be from any other application too such as Word or even Notepad)Store it somewhere in my AutoIT applicationPerform basic mathematical operations on this stored numberPaste the new number in Notepad (or any other document processing application)I know how to get the number copied from Excel by just sending (Ctrl+C) but I don't know where to store or bring it to AutoIT for further processing and then pasting it say on notepad. I automated the entire process by copying and pasting it to calculator and then copying and pasting the numbers wherever I intend to. Can someone guide to a much easier solution?
