Yes there is but maybe you need to explain first what the purpose of this Icon is?

The Icon shown for the EXE and systemtray or something else?

Just follow the code example by hannes08 but only if you followed the instructions correctly for the portable version. Which is unofficial of course.

I tried the code and couldn't get it to work

OK, this is indeed strange as I use the Portable version for my applications without a hitch. I use Windows 7 x64 with the latest beta inc. v2.27 of SciTE4AutoIt3. Edited by guinness

When F7 runs autoit3wrapper, things should work.

When you have the base install of autoit3, F7 will run aut2exe which obviously will not do anything with the directive.
