Thanks for the reply.

When i run the script, it pops up error, as below

Line 960 (File c:...includeGdiPlus.au3)

For $iI = 1 To $aEncoders[0][0]

For $iI = 1 To $aEncoders^Error

Error:Subscript used with non-Array varible.

What does that mean? I using window2000 to run, hope not the OS problem

Check post #14 in the thread you got that example script from, you'll see that the GDIPLUS dll isn't installed by default on Windows 2000.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

i copied gdiplus.dll, and then paste into winntsystem32

here come another error,

line 51, c:..test.au3

_ScreenCapture_Capture($Bitmap3Filename, ($aWinPos[0]+$pos[0]) + ($aWinPos[2] - $aWinCSize[0])-3, ($awinpos[1]+$pos[1])+ ($aWinPos[3]-$aWinCSize[1])-3, $aWinPos[0]+$pos[0]+$pos[2]+3, ($awinpos[1]+$pos[1])+ ($aWinPos[3]-$aWinCSize[1])+$pos[3]-3,false)

_ScreenCapture_Capture($Bitmap3Filename, ($aWinPos[0]+$pos^Error

Error:Subscript used with non-Array varible.
