BrewManNH
Please post a reproducer script that shows the problem, it is probably a problem in how you are creating the second GUI. Without knowing what the script is doing, it is all just guessing. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. Thanks I have no idea what you are looking for.. I think you want to disable the back GUI when the new GUI is active? In that case.. guinness
Well without any code this is just a guess...when the second GUI is created the handle from the first GUI is passed to the second GUI thus creating a Child GUI to the Parent and it's blocking the first GUI until the second GUI loop is ended. Is this an AutoIt program you've created? If so then look at Managing Multiple GUI's in the Wiki, otherwise post more information about what the application is? Is there source code?At present your post is a little vague.
