Sr, my english is terrible

When I visit the website abc.com, I have to wait 30 seconds before a countdown button appears. When cowndown = 0, I get this code from ieHTTPheaders

How do I not have to wait 30 seconds? For IE, I can use a small javascript piece, but not winhttp
