[Solved] WinGetText for System Time

This was just an idea but i found when i use the autoit info tool over the windows taskbar clock the "Text" reads the time. Using the Helpfile code i do

$text = WinGetText("[CLASS:TrayClockWClass; INSTANCE:1]", "")
MsgBox(0, "Text read was:", $text)

but i only get zero. The info tool is listed below

Hmm because i didn't know about those ^^ so i thought of a way of getting the time assuming there was no built-in function to do it :)

One last question does anyone know the windows shortcut for bringing up the Text-To-Speed ability.

Control PanelEase of AccessSpeech Recognition and on the left pannel Text to Speech

A few minutes (hours? :)) spent looking through the Help file is always time well spent. There are things in there which can save a you a lot of time and effort. ;)

And before you ask, I find new things all the time. :D

I think you're looking for Sapi.cpl.

Run('C:\Windows\System32\control.exe Sapi.cpl')

but looking into the system32 that does seam to be the correct name so i prob done something wrong

ShellExecute('C:\Windows\System32\SpeechSpeechUXsapi.cpl') Seams to have got it, but i find it confusing because

Runwait('C:\Windows\System32\control.exe mmsys.cpl') brings up the sound panel. Its weird changing to the other .cpl doesn't bring up the text program.

Thanks for everyones help though :)
