Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted January 19, 2012 Moderators Share Posted January 19, 2012 Hi, jaideept, you're going to have to be a whole lot more specific as to what you're attempting Are you talking about disabling the ability for domain users to use chat? If so, I would recommend looking into setting a Group Policy to do this. You can block sites such as talkgadget.google.com & hostedtalkgadget.google.com, which host some of the chat services for Google. "Profanity is the last vestige of the feeble mind. Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted January 19, 2012 Moderators Share Posted January 19, 2012 Hi, Jaideept. I'm not sure what led you to believe that Autoit could block this for your entire network. Maybe someone much more intelligent than I can give you a solution, but I think there are much easier ways to do it. You mentioned WebSense, and I know you can configure the blocking of sites through that product. At the most basic, you could configure a policy in DNS to set chatenabled.mail.google.com to not resolve. "Profanity is the last vestige of the feeble mind.
