water
Are you sure AutoIt is the best tool to do surveys? I did a quick Google search for "free web based survey tool". I got a lot of web based tools like www.surveymonkey.com, freeonlinesurveys.com and kwiksurveys.com I haven't tried any of them but I would start with such a tool. Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted February 8, 2012 Moderators Share Posted February 8, 2012 Hi, CriticalMass. I definitely agree with Water when it comes to using SurveyMonkey, but I had an instance some years back where using this was not an option. I have attached a script I wrote at a customer's for their Office 2007 implementation. It was used to gather feedback on testing kiosks they had placed throughout the building. It may at least give you some ideas. "Profanity is the last vestige of the feeble mind. criticalmass
JLogan3o13 that is what I am looking for actually. How can you add like a mail server to it so it sends it back automatically to a set email address? Edited February 8, 2012 by criticalmass

Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted February 9, 2012 Moderators Share Posted February 9, 2012 Hi, criticalmass. What I actually did with that one is set a policy to copy all of the saved feedback files and screenshots to a network share. Is this survey something you're planning to send them by email, and you want it to capture their response and then send back, or are you thinking of running it from your website? They have a free version that will do exactly what you need. Web based, drag and drop form creation, you can run reports from it, dependent fields, and email alerts when someone sends you a survey. sleepydvdr
I created a survey for someone at work. But she wanted to change it too much and create new ones, so I gave up that idea. I did some research and the best software I found was called QuizCreator. I think it is primarilary for creating quizzes, but it creates surveys, too. It's very easy to use and can be exported as an exe or a flash/html page. Normally, I like to recommend freeware, but since it's for your job, it might be a justifiable expense. I found no easy, good freeware options other than some online websites, which my company did not care for. http://www.wondershare.com/pro/quizcreator.html #include <ByteMe.au3>
