Automation of uninstallation Process of any software

In Windows while uninstalling any software we go to "control panel"->"add remove program" and then we choose software to be uninstalled.

Now when I decided to automate this process the "window info tool" gives same information

for all softwares displayed in list if we decide to use x and y co-ordinate to identify our software to be uninstalled then the position of that software will not remain same as user may install any number of software and accordingly the position will change.

How to overcime this problem?

Hi, PRM. Attached is a script I was able to get working several years ago, with a lot of help from several community members. It lists all installed software in an Array, and allows you to right-click on any entry and uninstall it. You may find it useful.

the '0x101E' message is sent to a list view control to change the width of a column in report or list view.

Just like '_GUICtrlListView_SetColumnWidth()' - it's a wrapper.

Please see 'ListViewConstants.au3' (-> 'Global Const $LVM_SETCOLUMNWIDTH = ($LVM_FIRST + 30)').

I was looking at the wrong parameter I meant to say Hex not Decimal. Thanks for the checking, I didn't have time to start searching myself. But my overall point is why substitute using Global variables in favour of Hex values? Oh well, I'm thinking of the OP when time comes around for them to start learning.
