#include <EditConstants.au3>

Global $a = 5

$Form1 = GUICreate("Form1", 252, 179, 293, 354)
GUISetFont(20, 400, 0, "Tahoma")

$Label1 = GUICtrlCreateLabel("Type a number:", 64, 32, 129, 20)
GUICtrlSetFont(-1, 10, 400, 0, "Tahoma")
$Nhap = GUICtrlCreateInput("Type Here", 24, 64, 209, 40, $ES_NUMBER)

$ok = GUICtrlCreateButton("CHECK", 56, 112, 129, 49)

GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)

While 1
    $nMsg = GUIGetMsg()
    Switch $nMsg
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
        Case $ok
            If $a >=  Number(GUICtrlRead($Nhap)) Then
                MsgBox(0,"", "a >= Input")
            Else
                MsgBox(0,"", "a < Input")
            EndIf

    EndSwitch
WEnd

Ask if you have any questions. ;)
