where it uses the ubound function it will get the count of the array and i am not what you meant by "This one ToolTips name of the element, not counts. ".

I would suggest rereading the help file very thoroughly, because it's obvious you haven't done so. Using UBound like that makes no sense, look up what UBound is used for and what it returns and I think you'll see that. Try this instead.
