Interestingly it has done it OK now, the only thing that has happened is Scite has been closed and re-opened, however I had previously tried closing it and re-opening it. I do however sometimes get an issue where the compiled archive could not be created since I moved to Win7, I don't know if this is related to the issue I just had? I haven't found a way to replicate it constantly and how to work around it.
