Clicking a link thats always underlined

I need to be able to click a link called clipboard on a web page, but _Ielinkclickbytext does not work because the word is underlined. Turning off underline links in IE does not change this specific link. A picture of the bar is attached.

The reason it doesn't do what you want it to is not because it is underlined, but because it is NOT a link - it is a li
