tommytx
When i do _FFStart($url) I get the normal FF browser up front but behind it is another browser lookng for server 4242. When I close the front browser the window behind finally quits with the below statement. The connection has timed out The server at 4242 is taking too long to respond. Now I have to manually close this window. Do I have some spyware in there or am I doing somethng wrong. Should this second copy of the browser even be running at all. tommytx
thanks for that suggestion, but so far it hasnt worked for me... I tried all the suggestions there including changing the MOZ monitor port from 4242 to 4245 but no help there... Looks like the problem is Mozrepl is not working on my puter since the browser is saying taking too long and timing out waiting for the 4242 port of MOZ.... I am running Win XP and have seen some problems getting MOZL to run right on an XP any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I turned off the Monkey also just to be sure...that is the grease monkey.. Is there a best port to set MOZ to listen on...
water
Unfortunately I haven't worked with FF myself. I just remembered the thread and hoped it would solve your problem.
