blindwig Posted July 23, 2005 Posted July 23, 2005 Has anyone written a script to change their proxy server settings? I tried making a .reg file of HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings, then making the changes, then making another .reg file. Importing these .reg files works (it turns the proxy on and off), but when I turn the proxy off, it only unchecks the settings, it doesn't change the addresses and ports back to blank strings. So I'm wondering if anyone here has ever automated changing the proxy settings? Or knows of a tool or command-line to do this?
