DelStone Posted March 29, 2012 Share Posted March 29, 2012 I use the following code in the WM_NOTIFY routine to call function PopupMenuIf $iCode = $BCN_DROPDOWN Then PopupMenu($iIDFrom) EndIfThe function doesn't display a popup menu even though the msgboxes appear fine - indicating it's calling the code - anyone know what I'm missing? If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. qsek Posted March 29, 2012 Share Posted March 29, 2012 (edited) You normally dont do any halting or GUI creating stuff in a WM_NOTIFY or any other GUI Message function. Try to use a global switch variable which will trigger the popup function in the main loop.
