Hyflex Posted March 30, 2012 Share Posted March 30, 2012 Hey, I'm looking for a way to force update the Windows Time and Date when it's wrong... automatically is there a website it can be checked against via macro and if it's wrong for it to force syncronise? If not, how would I go about updating the time and date hidden in the background every 2 mins (yeah I know this is a lot of updates but the server keeps losing track of time for some reason) Best regards - XG Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Confuzzled Posted April 6, 2012 Share Posted April 6, 2012 "w32tm /resync" - standard inbuild command line function in Windoze.Should work on most recent versions of the OS.See http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/time_w32tm.mspx for any customisation required if you are using non-standard time servers in your config and want a second opinion.
