Im new!

Recommended Posts

Alright so I have never used Autoit before or worked any other type of scripting language though I know the basics of both Java programing and C++ I would like to attempt to start a project using Autoit but I am not sure where to start and would like some pointers if anyone would be kind enough to help.

What I am looking to do;

The project is some what straight forward I want to be able to read text from within a game (Full Screen) and then reply back to said text through the games chat system, if the read text is an accepted keyword.

Eg;

User1: Hello! (keyword)

Script user: HI! (replying back to said keyword)

What I want to know;

Is this possible with Autoit?

What do I need to learn?

Is anyone willing to help me figure out issues when I run into bumps on the road?

Thank you for your time, Ryan

Sorry, but I have to.

I need to point out you cannot discus any game-related automation.

Read the rules: here.

_Mouse_UDF

An UDF for registering functions to mouse events, made in pure autoit.

2D Hitbox Editor

A 2D hitbox editor for quick creation of 2D sphere and rectangle hitboxes.
