How can I click HTML <button> with no name in IE

How can I click this? it is not inside of <form> tags.

Okay now I have another problem. The number in id="ext-gen352" keeps changing each time the page reloads and I can't scrape it from the source because it is added to the dom with javascript.

I dont really know if this is gonna work but play a little bit arround with _IETagNameGetCollection.
