LumpenCoder
When I block text in the SciTE editor to cut and paste, the color scheme is barely discernible. It is virtually impossible to really see what the heck I have blocked. My coding mentor says that older versions of the editor had a more easily visible (traditional!) color scheme for this function. ¿Is it possible for the user to modify this in the user settings? BrewManNH
Put something like this in your SciTEUser.properties file:#Selection Foreground/background and Alphaselection.fore=#000000selection.alpha=100selection.back=#FFFF00Change the colors to what you feel is best for you. The .alpha setting controls how opaque the highlight is over the text, play around with that also to see how different values affect what is shown. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
