shutch00
I have an array with 4,069 characters inside. It works fine until I add character 4,070. I get an error stating "Missing right bracket ')' in expression" even though the bracket is there. Is this expected? Is there a workaround for this issue?Note: My array should contain 320 elements. water
I think you have hit the line size limit. Do you write everything in one line? shutch00
I tried continuing the code on the next line, but when I add the underscore _ I get a syntax error. Maybe I am forgetting something?
shutch00
Oh... there's a space that comes before the underscore. Whoops! I think I've got it from here. Thanks for your help! I'll get better at looking at those help files, I swear Edited May 9, 2012 by shutch00
Moderators Melba23 Posted May 9, 2012 Moderators Share Posted May 9, 2012 (edited) shutch00, I am not sure that will work as the lines will be rejoined when run and so still go over the limit. Could you please post the line in question so we can take a look? M23 Edit: Seems it does work after all! spudw2k
very interesting. I thought the limit had to do with the data size.
