Skitty Posted May 12, 2012 Share Posted May 12, 2012 (edited) FireFox Proxy and how to change it on the fly without having to restart firefox, does anyone know how it's done? Also, how can I change the proxy settings scriptwise, like changing from "Use system proxy settings" to "Manual Proxy Settings". I can't figure out how to have firefox use the given proxy when using the manual proxy settings, in order to actually use it you need to restart firefox. Edit: Nevermind, I see now that this shouldn't be done this way... "Use system proxy settings" option is all that should be used.
