Do you want to see all PCs attached to your LAN (similar to Entire Network --> Microsoft Windows Network --> <yourdomain>) or do you want to see all PCs attached to your PC (similar to compmgmt.msc --> Shared Folders --> Open Files)? You could also do a ping-scan of the subnet ... Or connect to your AD to look for Computer objects ...
