I believe duplex printing is a printer-specific option and would require you to deal directly with the printer driver (or it's dialogue) rather than using WMI. At least, that's the route I've gone in dealing with our flock of Brother networked printers.

Edit: It is possible that I'm wrong. That happens too frequently

Hi, mlipok. Usually I am a "teach a man to fish" type of person, but here is a quick translation. Read through and you should be able to see the differences.

$computer = @ComputerName

I can use that as well to clean up an existing forms-printing script of mine. A display of $objPrinter.Duplex returns either True, False, or nothing. I'll make another (hopefully correct) ASSumption that the empty string means the printer does not support duplex printing or, it's a pseudo-printer where the option is not applicable. Thanks, JLogan.

Edit: Using IsBool() seems the way to identify which reads of $objPrinter.Duplex return neither True nor False
