how we change the caption??

Open the help file and search for GUICtrlRead. The section "Related" lists all functions related to GUCtrlRead. There you will find a function to set the caption - guess which one

BTW: The second parameter for GUICtrlRead is wrong. Needs to be 0 or 1.

i tried GUICtrlSetData(ID, "button", "CHANGE" ) but not worked

Please re-read the help file.

GuiCtrlSetData($ID, "Change")

Where $ID is a variable holding the ControlId returned by GuICtrlCreateButton.
