Auto increment version # in about box

Is there any way to automatically increment the version number that is incremented by #AutoIt3Wrapper_Res_Fileversion=?

That increments my compiled .exe version. I already have that. My app has an About dialog. I want the version number displayed there to auto-increment.

If it's a value that you set in the script itself, then no, you have to change it yourself. OR have it read the FileGetVersion of your compiled script and use the return from that function as the value shown in your About box.
