jerseyzuks
We are attempting to get user input as to what they see in Control Panel>System and Security>Windows Update Ideally, it should be turned off (by policy) and the option to change it should be greyed out. Trying to figure out how to launch this screen, so that I can prompt the user to click a checkbox based on what they see. Spent most of the day googling and searching the forum, but cannot find any way of doing this. Seems like it should be pretty easy, and I am sure I am missing something

BrewManNH
If this is for Windows XP, use this Run("control.exe sysdm.cpl,,5"), it should open the fifth tab of the System Properties window. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
