PixelCheckSum Question

Recommended Posts

Main question here being what the best way to scan an area and progress in code would be. I want to use PixelCheckSum, but it looks terrible in my code currently.

Am I able to perform a PixelCheckSum search and run code A "UNTIL" PixelCheckSum returns a difference and then code B? Is that even possible, if so how?

The functions(I feel like I am using this word incorrectly :s) I am using are MouseClick, PixelCheckSum. I am new, but I think the best loop to use would be "Do...Until"(Correct me if I am wrong on anything I have said or will say please)

The way I set it up thus far has been similar to:

Local $checksum = PixelChecksum(0, 0, 50, 50)
While $checksum = PixelChecksum(0, 0, 50, 50)
    MouseClick(x,x,x,x)
WEnd
    MouseClick(c,c,c,c)

As I wrote that, I realized I was not sure how to list the "Failure" return, though I know that it returns "Success" or "Failure" in their own ways.

If PixelCheckSum and Do...Until are not compatible in the way I am asking, separating and explaining one or the others proper use would suffice.

Please and thank you! :D

Edit: I took another look at the online helpfile and revised the code a little. Would how it is now be a little closer to running successfully?

Tehmedic,

That code should work as you intend, but I would strongly recommend adding a Sleep(10) in the loop to keep your CPU from overheating. ;)
