Need an algorithm that will download only the texts in the webpage

i Need an algorithm that will download only the texts in some webpage i choose and will save it Without line-break to txt file..

it will save only the text and remove the HTML , PHP code and will fix words that splited in line-break.

When I made the code, I had a very slow algorithm. It took him to do that for about 15 seconds. That's not good.

My requirement is the speed of calculation. If any such action takes more than 3 seconds, then it is very bad. Because it is a process that runs dozens of times.
