StandardUser
Good day, as you know, there are many URL shortening services, like bit.ly or goo.gl. Let's say, I have short link, like goo.gl/y5L29. How can I retrieve the original URL it redirects to, without using IE.au3 UDF?(Also, without using specific URL shortening service API). I guess, it could be done using http requests, but I absolutelly have no experience in it. I would be really grateful for a hint or idea. BrewManNH
Why don't you want to use the IE UDF? If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
