Simply make sure you run the x86 AutoIt to use the x86 IE.#AutoIt3Wrapper_UseX64=nAutoIt3Wrapper is part of SciTE4AutoIt3, it is not included in the "lite" SciTE you get with AutoIt, so install SciTE4AutoIt3 first if you haven't.
