Newbie question

Hello everyone,

I am pretty new to AutoIt and definitely not a developer but would like to learn. I was looking for something that was easy to start off with and was recommended giving AutoIt a shot.

I was wondering, based on what I have read and seen so far, if there was a way to allow a command line option to either run or not run an executable file within the final compiled executable? For example, I have 2 MSIs and an .EXE file within my script. I want to be able to allow anyone to either execute the final bundled executable package to not run 1 of those files in the bundle or all.

I am not sure how to proceed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can pass command line options to a compiled AutoIt script. You access them using the $CmdLine array.
