Receiving $image from video output And work on the image with PixelGetColor...

If I run a video in vlc media player as an example, I want to a command that when its run, it create a variable $image froum the video. for this variable t I want a command which returns the color of a particular pixel in the $image variable that was created.

I just need the commands ..

Then I'll write what I want with them.
