water
What do you exactly want to do? Call a function and get all unread mails? Get all mails received since a spcific date/time? Handle events and get notified as soon as a mail arrives? water
With Outlook 2003 you can't work with Outlook events (those are handled in the thread). You need to check the inbox for e.g. unread mails. This can be done using function _OL_ItemFind. Please have a look at the example script _OL_ItemFind.au3 to get an idea.
