gnomic Posted October 21, 2012 Share Posted October 21, 2012 Hey, When my program starts, if has a gui, where i then call a function, to get up another gui (two gui/windows open now). If i then run the below _Restart function, it will remove both of them windows. So my quesiton is, is it posible, that the last GUI i create, wont be removed, when i run _Restart? i guess the problem is, that it thinks(i told it too..) that its one big program(there is only 1 autoit script next to the watch) and not two. and i would like to have this, without having to make 2x .au3 Func _Restart() ShellExecute(FileGetShortName(@scriptFullpath)) Exit EndFunc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ive decided to create another au3 insted and run with run("cmd /c start c:MyFile.txt", "", @SW_HIDE) If i have multiple .Au3 running, then it will also be using multi threading right?
