Last time I moved it for you and you said:sry if i did it to wrong plce, fortune you corrected itI will move this thread too, but your fortune has now run out. If you post in the wrong place again I may just decide that you are too much trouble to be a member of this community - so be warned. Moderators Melba23 Posted October 24, 2012 Moderators Share Posted October 24, 2012 vkrisz81,now i will be afraid of opening new topic, i dont know what will be enough correct group for YOUYou have started both of your threads (which asked for help) in the "Examples" section where there is a big banner at the top: "This is not a general support forum!" - this section is reserved for more complex scripts which can help others. If you have a question, then you should post in the "General Help" or "GUI Help" sections. I moved both your threads into the "General Help" section, which is where you should have posted them in the first place - is that clear? So do not be afraid to open new topics - just pay attention to where you do it. Rogue5099
Try WinActivate or WinActive. Both of these will return the windows handle.Note: If a blank string "" is given for both title and text then the currently Active window will be used (this is not true in some of the more advancedWinTitleMatchModes)! Developers Jos Posted October 27, 2012 Developers Share Posted October 27, 2012 Maybe you need to try and be more clear what you are looking for and show us the code autoit3 code that isn't working. It this same issue with your new topic of today. The question isn't clear to me so expect you will not get many that try to answer something that is vague.
