c.haslam
The help file says:-1 to -4 = force lower case match according to other type of matchDoes this mean:-1 to -4 = case insensitive matchIf not, what does it mean? BrewManNH
From testing this, which wasn't hard for me to do, it appears that the negative numbers are for matching the string in the title with case insenstivity. Meaning "notEPaD" will match "Notepad" in the window title if using -2. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. c.haslam
Thank you. I am in the midst of a complex problem involving many alligators. Taming them is proving difficult! Thank you for taming one of them! It would be nice if the help file were improved, but I know not to ask: I proposed a clearer explanation of TrayCreateItem (and how it depends on TrayMenuMode), which was refused. BrewManNH
Testing this took less time than it took to write the response, the help file doesn't need any more complications than it already has. Testing something this simple shouldn't be that hard to do and shouldn't need to be asked about if you do the testing right. There's a thread in the developers section for help file suggestions, post there instead of the trak system for something like that. guinness
It would be nice if the help file were improved, but I know not to ask: I proposed a clearer explanation of the TrayMenuMode, which was refused. The explanation was pretty clear as to why the ticket was rejected - #2026, it wasn't personal I just couldn't see where it should be included and I re-wrote the examples anyway.
