Because I'm pretty sure that you can use any language in any control on a GUI, just make sure if you're using a RTL language you use the extended style $WS_EX_LAYOUTRTL for the control. Other than that, I don't think there's a limitation. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. I believe you are looking for what is called "unicode". It looks like there are some issues with unicode, but not for what you ask for.
