CountyIT
I have been working on a program that runs in the background and does a lot of Window manipulation. I think I might be taking the wrong approach. I have been reading through the documentation and there appears to be a way to monitor when someone opens, closes, minimizes, etc. Can someone point me in the right direction? So for instance when someone opens a Window it will pass through my function so I can look at it and determine if I need to do anything to that window. Thanks! water
I'm not very familiar with this stuff. You could have a look at GUIRegisterMsg. Windows creates messages/notifications when an action occurres. Haven't used it myself but if you check MSDN you will find the message you need to check. Example: WM_Create.Edit: It seems to only work for messages created by the Autoit script itself.I would then have a look at the WinAPI and WinAPIEX UDF. Maybe they have the functions you need.
