LucasSilva
Hello everybody, i'm new to AutoIt (started using it today), and i'm making a simple bot to auto task some of my work. I have done 80% of the script, now i need one last help to finish it. The script im making is to google something, and as the google sites positions change i gotta be sure when clicking a link, so i think that if i copy the link to clipboard and then add a function like "If link contains x word then click it", this function will check if the link in the clipboard contains "x" word and then act else go to next action.. Something like that... I dont really know if ClipGet() will work, so if anyone could help me.. Thanks for your time.

BrewManNH
There is a UDF (User defined function) for interacting with Internet Explorer that might be more reliable than clicking on the links. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. PhoenixXL
If ClipGet() = 'x' Then Msgbox(64,'Info','Matched') Clipget() will only retrieve text BTW it would be better to use the Href property to get the Link URL as suggested by BrewManNH Edited November 17, 2012 by PhoenixXL My code: PredictText: Predict Text of an Edit Control Like Scite. LucasSilva
Can anyone just "simplify" this action for me: #include _IELinkClickByText(ByRef $o_object, $s_linkText [, $i_index = 0 [, $f_wait = 1]]) I think this will work for me, Thanks once more.
