I thought I'd fill all the unused memory with a variable space.

I tried this code but does not work.

"error allocating memory".

Do it is possible?

I think a program like this.

Local $mem = MemGetStats()
MsgBox(0, "Total physical RAM (KB):", $mem[2])
$a1=$mem[2]
fill_mem($mem[2]-1)
$mem = MemGetStats()
$a2=$mem[2]
MsgBox(0, "Total physical RAM (KB):", $a2)

Func fill_mem($m)
Local $sResult
For $iCount = 1 To 1024
$sResult &= " "
Next
For $iCount = 1 To $m
ToolTip(StringLen($sResult))
$sResult &= $sResult
Next
EndFunc

Under Windows processes can only allocate 2 to 3 Gib of RAM depending on system options. Then you have no guarantee that all of this amount is mapped to physical memory at a given time.
