Reset and zero fill unused RAM

Do it is possible to reset and zero fill unused RAM?

What do you try to achieve?

When windows hybernate, before of write hiberfil.sys, compress ram.

I would maximize compression, resetting the ram unused to zero fill.

Also i would to clear unused ram track.

I thought I'd fill all the unused memory with a variable space.

I tried this code but does not work.

"error allocating memory".

Do it is possible?

Under Windows processes can only allocate 2 to 3 Gib of RAM depending on system options. Then you have no guarantee that all of this amount is mapped to physical memory at a given time.
