Selecting item in Combobox removes highlight from ListViewBox

Hi there... Just a quick question.

I have a ListView and a Combobox in my script. When I click to select an item in the ListView, and then click the Combobox, it removes the highlighted ListView item. Any way I can set this so that the ListView item stays highlighted once I click on the Combobox?

Cravin,

Do you mean it actually deletes the entry from the ListView or just removes the highlighting?

If the latter, you need to add the $LVS_SHOWSELALWAYS style to the ListView. You might alse need make sure that you colour the background of the ListView as the default "highlighted but not activated" colour used by Windows in ListViews is very close to the default background colour of control itself - it often is quite hard to distinguish.

to

"$CompListView = GUICtrlCreateListView("Computers", 8, 48, 169, 162, BitOr($LVS_SORTASCENDING, $LVS_SHOWSELALWAYS))"

did exactly what I wanted it to.

Is it possible to change the "off focus" text color easily?

It is a system colour, so you would also change it for every other app on the machine. I usually just colour the background of the ListView like this:
