How can I take Debug log to a text???

Recommended Posts

Hello~`

I am a new user.So...

I have a question:

I used "#AuoIt3Wrapper_Run_Debug_Mode=y" When editing the script, which will output debug diary while running.

Please let me know how to output the diary information in the control system to a text, like ".ini" etc.

Thank you very much~`

It actually already does output to a text file, the only problem is that the Wrapper deletes the file when the script stops. You would need to alter the code in the AutoIt3Wrapper.au3 file to prevent it from deleting this file OR, you could open the script and extract the RunAutoItDebug function that creates this file and use that in your own script instead.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

Thank you very much, but I can't find "AutoIt3Wrapper.au3" file. I think mybe because I used Chinese version.

In which directory the file? "x:autoitinclude?

It's inside the SciTE folder in the AutoIt3Wrapper folder.

If the debug creates a txt file, which it then deletes when the script completes

Why not add a FileCopy() and copy the text file elsewhere right at the end of the script, before it closes?

The problem is this file in creation is deposited in where?

SevenET,

You already had a topic running on this question - I have now merged the two. Please stick to just the one in future. ;)
