Ephiarsis
Hi everyone, this is my first post here and I'm looking forward to it not being the last one. An initiation, I'm coming up with a problem with AutoIT that I hope you can help me solve. I am developing a tool that remotely controls a website via Firefox (with FF.au3 by Thorsten Willert). Works pretty fine so far. The AutoIT-Script controls the website and reads out data from it. What I want to do now is connect with the "brain/backend" of the application that is being written in C++. Is there any way to write an interface that does the trick? All I need to do, theoretically, is call the C++ program, pass some parameters and receive a return value. I'd appreciate any hint I can get. So long and thanks up front, Eph
JohnOne
You can call the c++ app and pass parameters through command line, or you can build your c++ code as a dll and call it passing parameters that way.
