Nothing2Lose
Hi everybody, As the question above, can I change FF Proxy without restarting FF? I used FF.au3 but it went wrong. I got some errors. Thanks! Edited January 9, 2013 by Nothing2Lose
Chance
Well, I noticed no one provided anything. And I've searched far and wide before because this is something I'm interested in and is probably the main reason I don't use that browser. I've seen people use the prefs file in the user profile but I think I remember that you have to restart the browser, I'll look into it in a while and see what happens. I need this too. Edit: Ok, So I had given up and only recently came back to this. The only way I managed to do this was by installing foxyproxy in firefox and creating a rule that tells FF to use System proxy settings just like IE and Chrome. Kinda sucks it doesn't do that by default. Edited March 30, 2013 by FlutterShy
GordonFreeman
Already you tried automate browsing in "about:config" (Put in the address bar without quotes)? I do not know if it's possible, but try. Frabjous Installation
