HenSa Posted January 15, 2013 Share Posted January 15, 2013 I have created a script with Autoit,its just a simple script to retrieve some manga information from website and for viewing the pages.Then i'm starting to create a script for downloading pages to support the above script,but its just not working like i wanted it to.Worked fine at the start but when downloading process is running, i can't no longer have control to the gui.Is there any better way to do this?Can anyone show me how to?Sorry for my bad Englishhere is the script, created with v3.3.8.1:- MangAutoIt.au3 run this once to create files and folders needed- MADownloader.au3 downloader support for script above- English.lang (not permitted to post this?) a language file. Mat Posted January 15, 2013 Share Posted January 15, 2013 (edited) Have you seen the background flag for InetGet? That should allow your GUI to continue to function while the download is in progress. Edit: It seems like you already use that in the MADownloader script but not in the MangAutoIt one. Your problem is more likely the Sleep(500) in the download loop. 500ms is a long time.
