Better control with InetGet

I have created a script with Autoit,

its just a simple script to retrieve some manga information from website and for viewing the pages.

Then i'm starting to create a script for downloading pages to support the above script,

but its just not working like i wanted it to.

Worked fine at the start but when downloading process is running, i can't no longer have control to the gui.

Is there any better way to do this?

Can anyone show me how to?

Sorry for my bad English

here is the script, created with v3.3.8.1:

- MangAutoIt.au3

run this once to create files and folders needed

- MADownloader.au3

downloader support for script above

- English.lang (not permitted to post this?)

a language file. Just put in Lang folder to add a language

currently supported:

search for manga title & chapter from internet

easy plugin creation with just using .ini format

multi language from .lang file that also use .ini format

synchronize latest chapter with download site

Zoom & brightness

no download limit

Have you seen the background flag for InetGet? That should allow your GUI to continue to function while the download is in progress.

Edit: It seems like you already use that in the MADownloader script but not in the MangAutoIt one.

Your problem is more likely the Sleep(500) in the download loop. 500ms is a long time. You shouldn't have any sleep in a GUI message loop, as GUIGetMsg does this for you.

HenSa,

Please pay attention to where you post in future. You started this thread in the "Examples" section - which is clearly marked "This is not a general support forum!". I have moved it for you this time. but please try to post in the correct place from now on. :)
