Does Autoit support Error Handling?

Im testing a GUI and if the UI returns any runtime error how to handle that error using Autoit.

Problem which im facing now is, I have a UI which does some process on the image and im saving the processed image to my harddisk. While saving the image to my local disk if the disk is full, UI returns an error.

This error occurs randomly when i save the images. I want to know whether there is any possiblity for saving error log using autoit and how to handle this random errors.

Welcome to AutoIt and the forum!

Sure.

Every function either sets the return value or macros @error and @extended to denote an error. Check the function you use to write the image to disk (FileWrite?) and see how to check for an error.

So you try to automate another application which displays error messages? And you want AutoIt to handle this messages?

Can you post the name of the application, a screenshot of an error message, any further information?

If you're using MFC for GUI (here I understand "target application") and if the target app encounters a disk full condition, then it would be sensible to handle the error at the MFC level.

That or please make your explanation clearer.

BTW, MFC is vastly outdated and painful.

PCRE v8.33 regexp documentation latest available release and currently implemented in AutoIt beta.

SQLitespeed is another feature-rich premier SQLite manager (includes import/export). Well worth a try.
SQLite Expert (freeware Personal Edition or payware Pro version) is a very useful SQLite database manager.
An excellent eBook covering almost every aspect of SQLite3: a must-read for anyone doing serious work.
SQL tutorial (covers "generic" SQL, but most of it applies to SQLite as well)

SQLite official website with full documentation (may be newer than the SQLite library that comes standard with AutoIt)
